Beginning of the Year Steps

In order to reduce the amount of paper that goes home at the beginning of the year, we are going electronic for as much of the annual paperwork as we can. The "First Day Electronic Packet" or Data Confirmation must be completed for each student that attends Turtle Rock.

This process also gives parents/guardians the opportunity to update information that may have changed keeping the school’s data current. Please use the link below to access and review the information and documents online for all new and returning students.

  • Enter your email address and password from the Parent Portal at
  • Click on Student Information Tab
      • Click on Student Data Confirmation Process.
      • Select and update information on each of the following 6 tabs
          • ┬áStudent Demographics
          • Contacts
          • Medical Information
          • Authorizations & Prohibitions
          • Documents
          • Final Data Confirmation

Note: You do not need to print forms or turn in information to the front office.
