Student Emergency Kits

As a part of Meadow Park’s safety efforts, we are asking all parents to create Emergency Kits for each of their students. In order to meet all dietary needs, parents are asked to pack the items listed below in a gallon Ziplock bag. If you do not have a Ziplock, one will be provided for you. These emergency bags will be stored for your students and distributed in the event on an emergency. Each student’s Emergency Kit will be returned at the end of the year.  Please see attached flyer for items to include in the bag.
